So they are hiring NEW TELLERS at work, for a dollar more an hour than us girls who have stuck around through all the bullshit! I think its time to find a new job!

Don't quit....go in there and DEMAND that you be given longevity compensation...and that you deserve to be making a lot more than a new hire!!!
